Susan is an experienced etiquette expert and has been offering classes since 2017. Susan also holds a master's degree in college administration/student personnel services.
We've taught at numerous colleges and universities, such as St John Fisher University, Juniata College, Syracuse University, and Hobart and William Smith College.

Etiquette Chics offers college and professional development seminars designed to build confidence, professionalism, and long-term readiness — skills that continue to serve students well beyond graduation.
Programs are thoughtfully prepared, interactive, and tailored to meet the needs of each institution, cohort, or organization.
College and professional development seminars typically start at $650, depending on program length, level of customization, audience size, and delivery format. (Although we are always mindful of budgets and love to make events work!)
Multi-session programs, signature workshops, and customized experiences are available upon request.
